Store Policies Ordering and Product Availability: Our turn-around time for processing orders is normally about 2-7 business days. If we are out of stock on a particular item, additional time may be required and we will notify you. Additional time may also be required on orders placed in the months of May due to graduation season and in November and December. If you need a rush order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Policy: rush order, there is a $30 rush service option on each item. Please only mark this on one item per order - it is not necessary to mark it for more than one item unless they are being shipped to more than one location. If you are ordering gifts to be shipped to more than one location, you must place a separate
order for each person. This system only allows for one shipping address per order. Customers will be responsible for duty or other fees associated with international shipments. The following rates apply per address: Return Policy: responsibility to enter the correct spelling and or initials for items to be monogrammed. Personalized items which are misspelled are non-refundable or exchangeable. Please DOUBLE-CHECK your order for accuracy. If the mistake is on our part, we will replace the product at no charge to you. All applicable return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Once the order has been printed, the item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
